My Mission

I think we can all agree that when it comes to figuring out who we are, who we’re meant to be, and what our purpose is in our lives, most of our starting points come from understanding some of the ways that we’re flawed.

Who we are today is a combination of the decisions and choices we’ve made, being molded by the people who’ve helped raise us and the world we’ve been subjected to within that raising.

Depending on what your background looks like, there have been many components throughout the process that have been beautiful but also some that may have been not so beautiful in ways that you may or may be aware of.

I believe the key to unlocking your true potential on this earth is taking the time to understand the components of the person you’ve been all this time and understanding the elements of the person you desire to be.

The thing with that, though, is that it can be a lengthy, intricate process. We have to dig deep and question all that we’ve ever known to believe. Understanding where these beliefs are rooted allows us to consider what some of our morals might be that are foundational to our character, or if these are opinions of the outside world taking up space in our minds that no longer deserve to take up space in our belief systems because they don’t align with the person we wish to become.

I don’t know about you, but I’m forever grateful to all of the people who have invested in even the smallest of ways to contribute to my growth and success as a human being. I’m also grateful to the ones who have caused some sort of detriment to my growth and success as it has allowed me to step more into the essence of who I truly am, and how I think and challenge my ways of thinking. It hasn’t been the easiest of processes and there’s work to be done every day as my awareness increases, but because of that, I’m committed to the lifelong journey of learning and doing the work to enrich my life instead of just letting life happen around me and only making necessary changes after the 💩 hits the fan. Because that’s how it goes for most of us right? We resist making the uncomfortable changes necessary to better ourselves until we’ve reached the worst-case scenario and now we have no choice but to make a change.

This is why I’ve grown so passionate about doing the work that I do as a trainer and nutrition coach. Nutrition and fitness are just a baseline starting point to conditioning yourself into the person you wish to be. Then along the way, you gain more and more awareness about who you’ve been, how you’ve been living, and what you’ve been feeling and begin to transform into a version of yourself that is not only fit and healthy, but confident, empowered, strong, and just full of so much elevated emotion that the old versions of you are dead and gone and you’ll never look back.

It is with these forms of transformation that my goal through this work is to leave the world a better place by helping regular people just like me who are nurturers, caregivers, parents, and those aspiring to become the healthiest, greatest version of themselves so that we can bring forth the next generations to show them the way and fight against childhood obesity so they can move and groove feeling confident in their power becoming who they’re meant to be without all of the excess baggage on their minds, bodies, and spirits that are attached to unhealthy lifestyles.

If you’d like to help me on my journey, I invite you to allow me to help you on yours. If you’ve been dancing with these ideas of getting more active, losing weight, changing your eating habits, or enriching your life in any way, I invite you to fill out this form to try my program completely FOR FREE and look for an email from me so we can discuss how we might be able to work together so that you can live and move in your life the way you desire to.
