The Spring Edit

Merry Springsmas yall because the pollen is fa-la-la-la-lallin outside do you hear me!

Spring is in the air and I love it! Ion think spring love me though because WHY does pollen have to exist like this. If you’ve never suffered from any allergy issues, can you tell me how it feels to be favored by the universe. Either way, I’m always grateful spring weather. The way the wind and sun feel hitting my skin. Crawfish. So many different colors all around. That makes me think about all of the nourishing meals I can create with the seasonal veggies becoming available.

Did you know March is a national celebratory month for Nutrition and Women? Hmph, a reminder to take care of the women on this planet. I mean we are responsible for the expansion of life around here. The idea for this year’s nutrition month is all about eating for the future; to nourish yourself, your life, and the environment through sustainable habits. Eating foods that are in season always feels super nourishing to me and my body, making me feel like I’m always where I’m supposed to be and being filled with everything that is absolutely meant for me, especially through different cycles and seasons. It’s definitely an integral part of my self-care routine because let’s be real.. I was blessed to vehicle the body of a female and I’m grateful, but it’s a machine that not everybody seems to understand how to take care of. That’s literally why International Women’s Month exists because women are capable of far more than the average man likes to believe.

So I like to use food to take care of my body. It helps provide me with information about my body and how it reacts and functions around different food choices I’ve made. I’m a better person because of it.

With this idea in mind, I’ve realized how I’ve been able to create systems and routines for myself that I’ve been able to sustain no matter what’s going on around me or inside of me for that matter. A way that’s been able to make me feel grateful, less stressed in different ways, and more empowered to press on through anything, especially the hardest of things, whether it’s the workouts, the pollen, all the late nights and early mornings.

I love myself.

I’m enjoying my process of evolution.

The more I know. The Better I grow.

So in honor of the month, the season, and the evolutionary blossoms that lie ahead of your journey, I made this guide in hopes that it’ll help you learn a little bit more about yourself and help you integrate new habits, routines, or practices in a way that works for you, the good of all that’s around you, and the good of all because of you.

Click here to download your guide now! I’d love to hear your feedback after you’ve downloaded and looked through it, so be sure to shoot me an email or dm to share your thoughts.

Thank you for your time here today! It’s always a pleasure.

Until next time 💛
